Rebecca was/is amazing! We had an overseas move and it was already very stressful, but she did everything she could to easy our stress on the house search and helping find what we wanted. Rebecca is an incredible realtor. She knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for after our first few conversations. She is extremely personable and honest yet very professional! It is so easy to communicate with her, she replies within minutes which is so nice when you have so much information to gather for so many different people. As first-time homebuyers we weren’t sure which direction to turn when searching for our home. Rebecca made the process seamless! She taught us so much and was willing to drive around to every house we sent her to do a walk-through. Throughout the whole process she stayed on top of things- answered our emails/texts promptly, communicated with our builder and lender, and continued to point us in the next direction. Not only is she a top-notch agent, but she can identify the best lenders and title companies to help too! We will always refer our friends and family to Rebecca and can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work throughout our rollercoaster of an adventure!

Working with a coworker and seeing how they went through the whole home buying process made me really question if I wanted to go through with it. My wife and I were scrolling through Zillow and were interested in a house and within 10 mins the process began. We were contacted by Rebecca through Zillow and I explained to her my coworkers experience and how my nerves were skyrocketing with beginning this process. First off I would like to say ms Rebecca Cole is a very special part of our family because without her I don't know where my family would be. i had been dealing with a bad mortgage company that just made more and more excuse then time ran out and they called me to say i would not make my closing date witch was a major problem she keep us level headed and said do everything i could to get them anything they ask for she also help me every step of the way with understanding how paperwork is turn so that my money would be accepted.their are so many great things to say about ms Cole but I only need to say a few this is why she is not your regular realtor she cares about how you end up she has always been available even if you call her at home she will definitely respond in a timely manner.my experience working with her was amazing I recommend any one looking for a new home to give her a chance to prove her worth from my experience with her I would give 10 star rating if it was available

First off I would like to say that Ms Rebecca Cole gave me a very friendly welcome when we first started out search for our home she made it very clear that her best interest was finding me a home that everyone in my family would be happy with. Her attention to the smallest details is what I think was most impressive on our first encounter at the viewing of the property we inspected to start out the long process of finding a home, she help me in so many different ways and gave great ideas on how I should look at my home because it would be my first. so it was very important to not feel pressured to buy a home just because I liked it .but to find one that would fit my family size and also have at least one or 2 things we all love about the home witch we're things I never even thought about I was definitely going off my emotions and that was on thing she help me understand that it was normal to do that but could also be bad when you are looking for your family a home and not just one individual. She has went above and beyond what he job has requested her to do I can tell you this because there were some late text message I would send to help clear up some miss understanding on my my part and she would respond with then a matter of minutes I can't say enough about how greatful I was to have her backing me every time I needed to get stuff done in a timely fashion,I would give her 10 starts if it was available so if you are looking to buy a home i highly recommend he she changed everything I thought about realtor's and made my experience amazing Thank you so much you will never be forgotten .

First time home buyer here, let me tell you how it went. Like most people, I thought this was going to be very hectic, but then came Rebecca, she is awesome! Even without meeting in person, she used her local knowledge to recommend the beautiful town my family and I will call home for years to come. When she met me she knew instantly that I was lacking all the knowledge when it came to how this process works. She took it upon herself to start sharing all her expertise about the process with me from minute one of us meeting. I’m very grateful she did this, it put me at ease and taught me things I never even knew to ask. She will be with you every step and I’m mean every single one. She responded all me calls, text, questions, did not matter the tone of day. She would often call me to make sure I was understanding what was happening at each step. I have never met a better negotiator! Rebecca has my back 110% it was an amazing experience. She even even negotiated things I didn’t know I needed, but would be in the best interest for my family for years to come.
